Nick Landell

I grew up in Middlesex County and played baseball at Haddam-Killingworth, UConn Avery Point and Central Connecticut State, where I played Division I. From there I signed and played professionally until an injury ended my playing career. Baseball is a sport of failure, and it taught me to show up prepared, own my mistakes and never go stagnant.

I started over in mortgage on full commission, with a 5 a.m. standard I still keep. For agents, that means proactive updates, straight talk when news is tough, and creative options like hard money when a deal needs one. I just bought my first multi-family property, so I can walk house-hackers and first-time investors through it from experience. I still play shortstop in the Greater Hartford Twilight League. I'm licensed in Connecticut.
